We understand that there may be circumstances out of the patient's control which may require the need to reschedule the appointment. We welcome a total of three reschedules/cancellations with at least 24 hours advanced notice prior to the patients scheduled appointment. After the patient has rescheduled/ cancelled their appointment a total of three times, the patient will forfeit the remaining sessions and will be required to re-book and re-purchase new treatments. No calls and no shows will cancel out all remaining sessions and the patient will be required to re-purchase treatments. 30% fee for NO SHOWS with no call or message within a 24hr period.
